Notes

1) Like New AZ customers shall close on FHA financing prior to beginning construction work. Funds shall be released to Like New AZ as each stage of construction is complete.

2) FHA requires Like New AZ to work directly with a HUD approved Cost Consultant to establish specific costs for each home improvement planned. Consulting fees shall be shared equally by Like New AZ and it's customers.

3) Like New AZ customers shall name Like New, LLC as "additional insured" on their homeowners insurance policy throughout the construction period.
